Writing and producing content about the problems esports teams actually run into — continuity, scrim reporting, roster changes — not generic esports content.

What you'd actually work on

• Writing blog posts and guides, like the existing scrim report guide
• Producing social content, and video or clips if that's your format
• Working directly with Founding Teams pilot teams to source real examples and stories, with their permission
